Exclusion of liability

inlingua Sprachschule Trier will be referred to in the following as “the Website Operator”.

1. Website content
The Website Operator does not assume any liability for the quality of the information provided here, or for its being up to date, accurate or complete. As a matter of principle, no claims for liability may be brought against the Website Operator in connection with physical or non-physical damage arising from the use or non-use of the information provided, and/or from the use of faulty and incomplete information, insofar as there is no proof of intentional or gross negligence on the part of the author.

All offers of services are subject to change without notice and are non-binding. The Website Operator expressly reserves the right to amend, add to or delete the entire site or parts of the pages, or to cease publication temporarily or permanently, without giving special notice.

2. References and links
In the case of direct or indirect references to external internet pages (links) that are outside the Website Operator's area of responsibility, liability may only be assumed if the Website Operator has knowledge of the contents of such pages and if the Website Operator has the technical means of preventing the use of unlawful contents, and may reasonably expected to do so.

The Website Operator expressly states hereby that no unlawful contents could be detected on the pages to be linked at the time the links were set up. The Website Operator has no means of influencing the current or future design of the linked pages, their contents or their authors. The Website Operator therefore expressly dissociates himself from all contents of all linked pages that have been amended since the time the links were set up. This applies to all links set up and all references made on the Website Operator's own internet site as well as to contributions made by other persons in guest books, discussion forums and mailing lists set up by the Website Operator. Sole responsibility for unlawful, faulty or incomplete contents, and especially for damage arising from the use or non-use of this kind of information, lies with the person who provides the page referred to, and not with the person who merely refers to the publication in question via links.

3. Copyright and trademark law

In all publications, it is the aim of the Website Operator to observe the copyrights of graphics, audio and video clips and texts, to use the Website Operator's own graphics, audio and video clips and texts or to make use of royalty-free graphics, audio and video clips and texts.

All trademarks mentioned on the internet site, including those trademarks that are protected by third parties, are unrestrictedly subject to the provisions laid down in the relevant law of trademarks and the rights of possession of the registered owners in each case. Mere naming of names does not allow one to assume that trademarks are not protected by the rights of third parties.

The copyright for the Website Operator's own published material remains exclusively with the Website Operator. The copying or use of such graphics, audio and video clips and texts without the Website Operator's express consent is not allowed.

4. Data protection
Insofar as the internet site enables users to enter their personal or business data (names as well as e-mail and postal addresses), users expressly make such data available of their own free will. Whenever persons take advantage of any of the services on offer, they are also permitted − to the extent that they may reasonably be expected to do so and the technical means are available to them − to omit such data, or to provide data anonymously or under an alias.
